Quebec City, June 1, 2010 – It is with pride and a sense of accomplishment that MICA cabinets de services financiers receives its annual report card, which has an average grade of 90%. This result, from Finance et Investissement magazine, puts MICA in first place among multidisciplinary firms for the third consecutive year. 

The annual rankings are based on the assessment that advisers made of their firm’s conditions of practice. Once again, they confirmed MICA’s leading position in the financial services industry. According to an article published today in the electronic version of Finance et Investissement magazine, “there is a palpable synergy between the firm’s management and its 130 advisers”. Taking the number one spot in the top 9, the firm was recognized for its overall performance, and won in 17 of the 22 categories. Its highest scores came in the following categories: freedom and independence given to advisers to sell the products of their choice (99%), ethics (98%) and legal and compliance services (95%). 

“The results show that we put our values first and that working closely with our team and having fun is still a recipe for success” said MICA president Gino-Sébastian Savard. “This is an accomplishment that the whole team should be proud of! We always tell our employees that we are proud of what they bring to our organization, but this recognition for a third consecutive year is a real pat on the back for everyone here,” he said.
